Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Simply Boujie brush. If it is not right for you, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email admin@simplyboujie.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back, as returns sent without a request cannot be accepted.

Returns are sent to: Simply Boujie, 2709 Whiteford Rd, Whiteford, MD 21160.

What we accept

Brushes. Return within 30 days in clean condition with the dust bag and original packaging. Trying your brush is completely fine. That is the only way to know if it suits your hair.

Skincare and balms. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare. Unopened skincare can be returned within 30 days.

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you, return shipping included.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not seen the refund, please email admin@simplyboujie.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.
